Clusters of events can be caused by stimuli, or they can arise by chance. How can we tell whether an observed cluster is real? ClusterSeer evaluates disease clusters and non-disease events such as crime or sales data. You can determine whether a cluster is significant, where it is located, and when it arose, providing insight into the origin, causes, and correlates of the event. ClusterSeer software is suitable for the detection and analysis of cluster events.

ClusterSeer evaluates whether events occur near a presumed source of risk, or it locates clustering without a known focus by providing state-of-the-art statistical methods for assessing event clusters in space and time.
ClusterSeer contains 24 methods, including 15 additional spatial, temporal and spatial-temporal clustering methods, along with the ability to save project sessions, import DBF files, export images, and load in data to supplement your maps. The most comprehensive cluster software available, ClusterSeer contains updated versions of all the methods previously found in Stat!.
ClusterSeer can be used alone, or in conjunction with SpaceStat or BoundarySeer for an even fuller perspective on your data.

——Save your project session
You may save your project session within ClusterSeer only. The project session includes the session log, and any corresponding maps and plots you created, as long as the plots were generated without using Monte Carlo Randomization techniques. It is generally a good idea to save your session log because ClusterSeer erases the old one when you create a new project.
Note: ClusterSeer does not save the histograms or plots created from Monte Carlo runs. However, you can export them to a bitmap format and view them that way. You can also run the analysis again to see the new histogram and plot, but it may be different from the original.
——Export images
You may export images like plots, maps, and histograms to a Bitmap format. To export, go to "File," and then "export." You can change the name of the file. Once you have it in Bitmap form (.bmp), save it into any software program that accepts bitmap, or to any image processing program that can convert the graphics to different formats. ——Load in Spatial Features
Spatial features are vector files that contain locations or spatial information but may not have associated data. Typically, spatial features provide locations of various natural or artificial boundaries or shapes to help visualize spatial data and aid in network editing.
